So, as I read this, it occurred to me that when I was in Tonga we always used to just stick a straw in a green coconut and drink the juice. (funny though, the first few I tried were actually fermented...pretty gross. It wasn't until I finally got a coconut that wasn't fermented that I realized how tasty the stuff is!)
